  1. Los ingredientes que utilice.
  2. En un bowl pongo el 1 1/2 cup de Queso mozzarella y 2 tbsp de cremme Cheese y lo pongo en el microondaspor 90 segundos.
  3. Después que pare el microonda, le añado los huevos ya batidos y la harina de coco, mezclar todo con una espátula.
  4. Después de todo mezclado, si encuentas que esta un poco soso, se le puede echar un poco de sazonador (una pizca) y menearlo nuevamente.
  5. Poner en un molde, el que prefieras, antes de poner la masa en el papel encerrado, echarle un poco de Pan (spray líquido) para que no se pegue la pizza, después que este la pizza en el molde donde se vaya a hacer, con un tenedor se le hacen rotitos a la pizza. Se hornea en 425°F por 10 a 12 minutos.
  6. Así quedara luego de hornear por 10 a 12 minutos.
  7. Luego de que este, se le añade salsa, le puedes agregar pollo o cualquier otro tipo de carne, pepperoni y queso rallado.
  8. Luego se calienta en el microondasó en el horno hasta que se caliente, en la otra pizza le eche queso parmesano luego que la calente. Espero que cuando hagan esta receta le quede rica como me quedó a mí.
